What is VOICE Resident Experience Review?
VOICE Resident Experience Review is a new independent review that shows what it really feels like to live in your home – directly from residents and, in our Silver tier, from families and staff too.
We send trained, independent reviewers into your home to have real conversations with residents – and produce structured, CQC-ready evidence of their experience, mapped to quality statements.
Why it Matters
- Under the Single Assessment Framework, People’s Experience is now a core evidence category – and most homes struggle to evidence it well.
- An independent review gives you real, qualitative evidence – and shows CQC, commissioners and families that you welcome challenge and act on what you hear.
What is VOICE Resident Experience Review?
We’re looking for a small number of homes in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire to take part in the first wave of Resident Experience Reviews.
- Introductory pilots are FREE – in return we expect you to feed back your experience of our visit to us and be prepared to allow us to use you as a case study in future marketing materials.
- Help shape a locally rooted, independent resident voice offer
- Gain powerful evidence you can use with CQC, commissioners and families
- Be able to say: “We invited an independent resident-voice organisation to test what life here feels like – and we’re acting on what people told us”.

Voice Bronze Package – Resident Voice Review
A focused, low-burden resident experience check-in.
- One on-site review by two trained reviewers
- 8-12 in-depth, face-to-face conversations with a representative sample of your residents
- Secure recording and AI-supported analysis to spot themes
